We offer flexible day and night shift care, with options for weekly and 8-week packages. Postnatal baby care
0 to 8 weeks old
At Gracious Beginnings Postnatal Care, we provide attentive, nurturing support for your newborn—going far beyond basic care to ensure both baby and parents feel confident, reassured, and fully supported.
Our services include:
Monitoring feeding and hydration, whether breastfeeding or formula feeding
Observing for jaundice and other newborn health concerns
Checking vital signs such as temperature and overall wellbeing
Administering prescribed medication as directed by your healthcare provider
Supporting healthy growth through regular weight monitoring
Gentle bathing and daily hygiene care
Keeping your baby warm, settled, and safely swaddled
Regular nappy changes with close attention to skin health and rashes
Identifying feeding difficulties, discomfort, or unusual crying early
Ensuring safe sleep practices at all times (back-to-sleep, clear cot environment)

Infant Care

At Gracious Beginnings Postnatal Care, our support extends beyond the newborn stage—providing attentive, reliable care for babies as they grow and develop during their first year.
Our infant care focuses on creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where your baby can thrive. We support daily routines including feeding, sleep, hygiene, and play, while paying close attention to your baby’s comfort, development, and individual needs.
Our care includes:
Supporting feeding routines (breastmilk, formula, or solids as appropriate)
Maintaining healthy sleep and nap schedules
Nappy changes and hygiene care
Engaging in age-appropriate play and early stimulation
Monitoring your baby’s wellbeing and development
Providing a calm, attentive, and responsive presence
